Fig Tree Drive

An often muddy and steep rutted road taking you through the Antigua rain forest rich in mango, pineapple and bananas (fig is the local name for bananas).

This is the hilliest part of the island with Boggy Peak (1,319ft) being the highest point.  Along the route you will pass through several quiet villages with charming churches and you will also find the canopy tour - a series of zip lines taking you across the top of the rainforest canopy.
