Club Med Les Menuires (currently closed)
We stayed at Club Med, Les Menuires. One of our party injured
themselves on the first morning & was unable to ski for the rest of
the week. As the week went on, more & more guests had to hang up
their skis. The frustrating thing for all was that there were nothing
for them to do in the hotel. There is a limit to drinking & eating.
Lucky for those who were less injured, they could jump onto the bus
& head down to the village.

Club Med Tignes
Just a quick email to let you know we had a great
time in Tignes. It was probably one of the best ski holidays we have
been on. Everything went to plan and was so easy. The 75 minute flight,
90 minute transfer along with the beauty of ski in / ski out was
perfect.
We walked out of the restaurant straight into the locker room up a flight of stairs and on the first lift within 10 minutes!
The
Mini Club Team were fantastic with Joe. The ESF instructors worked
hard to improve his technique and confidence and he was skiing with us
by the end of the week.
To top it all we had snow overnight mid-week and wall to wall sunshine everyday.
We will definitely go back to Club Med Tignes next year.
Thanks again

You pipped me at the post as I was going to write to you tomorrow. The trip was absolutely super with no hitches of any description. The Club Med is really impressive and both the service and the food were more than adequate. The chalets are just marvelous and I think the family were pleased to move into one on Sunday to have some peace and quiet.
Thank you for your excellent service which went to ensure that our holiday was perfect.
Best wishes to you for 2012 with health and happiness in large amounts.
Mrs F Rubenstein (December 2011)
We stayed 6 nights in small rooms in the hotel and then moved to the Chalets for 6 nights. as the chalets are a new experience for Club Med, we were not sure what to expect. It was fantastic and the service provided by a designated butler was unbelievable. We absolutely loved the Chalet experience!
I have to just tell you that these Chalets lend new meaning to the word luxury! The service here is exceptional and what a great resort!
We would also most definitely secure the booking for the chalet for next year. Its amazing!

Location, ski in ski out and ski
service brilliant, but overall slightly disappointing for new 4/5
trident club med. Let down by poor quality of finish on some furnishings
and poor design of social space. One huge hall with any "quieter"
spaces not sufficiently separate to give any space to relax peacefully.
Staff variable from excellent to quite rude.
Spa treatment wonderful.
My tip would be to ski all morning, book treatment for the afternoon
then rest/read in the spa relaxation room.
Full marks for Full Circle
Thank you

The staff, food and location were great but the boot room and the dining room were overcrowded.
Delighted with service of Jacky at Full Circle

Great hotel for ski in,ski out.evening entertainment was tiresome.
Luckily got a deluxe room with balcony which was nice if you get a good deal.
If
you fancy walking into town for après ski it's a good 15 minutes uphill
on the way back but Scottys bar was worth it with live band and happy
hours.
The hotel is a bit tired and restaurant can be too busy.I've
had better food at other club med hotels, but it's still good value with
lift pass, ski instruction and all inclusive food and drink.
Very pleased with service from Jacky. Great job from her, many thanks.

Club Med Val d'Isere
Bar area was v nice and plenty of space and yummy nibbles in evening
Restaurant was v nice, great selection of food.
Ski lockers and reception area was great and staff were really helpful
Room was v small and smelt of smoke
Definitely hire skies from Club Med - high quality and great choice but most of all v convenient
Sauna /pool area was ok but colour scheme (light purple) is v dated
Jacky Stone is brilliant. Will definitely be back!

The 4 trident status of this village is wavering a bit. This was our 4th stay there so although we love it we were aware our old friend was showing its age. Lots of the communal areas are beginning to look a bit tired such as the bar, lobby and boot room. The corridor carpets have all seen better days, and our room this year whilst it had a lovely view and (by Club Med standards) was quite spacious had mould on the ceiling over the window and a large stain on the carpet by the bathroom door and several smaller stains. Room 032 if they want to check it out.
There was also an area of damp on the wall by the bed. The beds themselves, whilst comfortable, creaked appallingly when either one of us turned over!
Fortunately when skiing sleep is something that comes easily so this wasn't a problem. A quick check with reception on arrival revealed the club to be fully booked so there was no prospect of a room change and it was clean and warm so we just ignored the damp and tatty carpet for our stay.

Club Med Arcs Extreme
On arrival @ our hotel we arrived the same time as a French party. The
welcome speach & "booking in" process was a drawn out explination of
the contents of our welcome pack in French & a very short English
explanation.
Food excellent! Snow Brilliant! Food excellent! Watch out
for the "refundable" 5 Euro Ski Pass, where you might find it difficult
to get it refunded. Did i mention the food was excellent?
Just find us another holiday for March 2013 please!

Club Med Serre Chevalier
Having an aversion to any kind of "package" holiday, I was full of
trepidation booking the all inclusive skiing package.
However I would
highly recommend the Club Med Serre-Chevalier experience, in particular I
valued the following: very civilised travel (scheduled BA flights from
Heathrow, noon departure outbound and late afternoon return); safe coach
transfer (modern coach, well driven - no speeding!); well organised
arrival (easy organisation of our lessons and ski hire within the hotel
and within 2 hours of arrival); better than expected rooms - simple,
spacious and with views (the brochure does not do the rooms or hotel
interior justice at all); great food and drink (and it really is
unlimited!); and OUTSTANDING staff. Without exception ALL members of
staff were cheerful ALL the time, enthusiastic, energetic and genuine. I
was amazed!
I had a horror of having to take part in evening activities
- but true to Full Circle's words it wasn't forced upon you if you
didn't want to "get involved" (which I didn't!) but equally it added to
the overall atmosphere which we all loved.
