Of course, for many people, adventure comes at great heights and the Nevis is the ideal destination for people who want to push themselves to their limits. This is the location of the world’s biggest swing, which will see you flying through a gorge, arcing out over 300 metres. Add in the fact that there are bungee jumps 134 metres above the floor of the valley and you should experience enough heart-stopping moments for an entire lifetime.

There is also skydiving on offer with the choice of diving from 9,000 feet, 12,000 feet or 15,000 feet. If you are going to take on this challenge, you really need to go for it and Queenstown isn’t a destination for the faint-hearted.
